Our story
Compass PM was developed by Uplift Communications Incorporated, a technology consulting company founded in 2020. Our work across technology systems, IT operations, infrastructure, and complex program delivery revealed a recurring challenge: organizations often have capable people and established project management processes, yet still struggle to maintain consistent reporting, reliable forecasts, and a clear view of project performance.
